Well, first you should consider the anime you are making. Think of an
original layout or a layout that would best fit the subject or anime. Best anime
colors are blue shades, black, and white. Red and hot colors would hardly ever
fit the subject but their are always exceptions. Next collect all the info
possible. And finally go for it, try out yahoo or tripod. And in at least a year
get your own domain.
I'm not like other webmasters who don't ever like to waste time and help. I

If you want the news first on the day it happens. Join the club. The anime
news page is updated but weekly, instead of daily.

Well I plan for three things. One two create an anime search engine. Two to
make a worth looking at RPG. And three get a domain.
Well it might be finished in like a week or two. But many things like the
RPG, and the Search Engine. Will have to wait, because I have to learn cgi and
perl.
